Bid Group Validation - Concurrent Reserve

When you submit your bid, using the Submit Bid button, the PBS Interface validates your bid. The validation assists you to ensure you don't submit a bid with bid groups that will not be used by the PBS Scheduler. A Pairing or Reserve bid group without an exit condition will build you a pairing or reserve block if possible.

The PBS Bidder interface error messages:

Multiple Pairing Bid Groups (including Split Duties)

Your bid cannot be submitted. Your bid contains multiple 'Start Pairings' bid groups. Each Pairing Bid Group that you enter, except for your last one, must contain a bid preference with 'Else Start Next Bid Group' or a 'Clear Schedule and Start Next Bid Group' bid. Edit your bid and resubmit.

You will see this message if you have multiple Pairing bid groups and you don't have a bid preference with Else Start Next Bid Group or Clear Schedule and Start Next Bid Group in all of the Pairing Bid Groups except for the last one.

Multiple Reserve Bid Groups

Your bid cannot be submitted. Your bid contains multiple 'Start Reserve' groups. Each 'Start Reserve' group that you enter, except for your last one, must contain a bid preference with an 'Else Start Next Bid Group'. Edit your bid and resubmit.

You will see the this message if you attempt to submit a bid with two or more Reserve Bid Groups without an Else Start Next Bid Group option in all bid groups except for the last one

Reduced Lower Limit Bid Groups

Your bid cannot be submitted. Your bid must have at least 1 Non Reduced Lower Limit Pairing Bid Group without an Else Start Next Bid Group option or a Clear Schedule and Start Next Bid Group bid before you can enter a Reduced Lower Limit Bid Group. Edit your bid and resubmit.

You will see this message if you attempt to submit a bid with a RLL bid group before a Reserve or Pairing bid group without  without an Else Start Next Bid Group option or a Clear Schedule and Start Next Bid Group bid

Your bid cannot be submitted. Your bid contains multiple RLL bid groups. Each RLL Bid Group that you enter, except for your last one, must contain a bid preference with an Else Start Next Bid Group option or a Clear Schedule and Start Next Bid Group bid. Edit your bid and resubmit.

Your will see this message if you attempt to submit a bid with multiple RLL bid groups and you don't have a bid preference with Else Start Next Bid Group or Clear Schedule and Start Next Bid Group in all of the RLL Bid Groups except for the last one.
